I am a Louisiana Native and moved to New Orleans to follow my culinary dreams. I am a classically trained chef from the New Orleans Culinary and Hospitality Institute. Chef Erik is EXCELLENT! As a consultant who works long days, I needed meals that would be easy to warm up,
filling, and tasty. All of my meals had great flavor and every week I was provided with a
variety of options, including his made from scratch salad dressings (one of my favorite things!) Chef Erik's attention
to detail with the preparation of my meals and the consideration of my many allergies was impressive.
